A Colorful Way to Count Your Blessings
Cynthia Finnemore Olin is an author, artist,
Lindy Hop dancer and loves to cook!
After two concussions in 2019, recovery was rugged.
She started counting her blessings, focusing on, "Yes, I Can"
determined to creatively build new brain cells
& find every opportunity to make neuroplasticity her first priority.
Cynthia developed a Gratitude practice: Words-a-Flutter,
that exercises different parts of her brain &
simultaneously sends good thoughts into the world.
Colorful Butterflies accompany each letter she sends as a reminder that
we all go through a metamorphosis,
each of us is transformed as we emerge
& all of us are beautiful.
Her goal is to start a movement,
inviting you to send a thank you note to someone positive in your life.
She'd love for you to join in the fun!
